What are your office hours?

Monday to Friday 7am-5pm, excluding Public Holidays.

Where do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to Brisbane, Sydney, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Northern New South Wales and Coffs Harbour.

*Delivery to Sydney availability depends on the quantity of the order and the specific products being purchased. For paver orders within Sydney, please inquire about delivery options to ensure a smooth process.

Will my phone/email enquiry be answered after hours?

No, we will respond to your enquiry on our next available office day.

Can I get a quote over the phone?

All of our pricing is available online. To get your delivered cost, add what you need into the shopping cart and enter the quantity you require. Once you have all of your required products in the cart, enter your postcode into “Estimate Delivery Charges”. If you are happy with your order simply proceed to the checkout.

Can I place my order over the phone?

We are a full online store all orders must be placed online. We do not take orders over the phone.

If I put something in a shopping cart will I be committed to the order?

No, the shopping cart is a quote system only. Once you are happy with your products in the shopping cart and have estimated delivery charges, simply proceed to the checkout.

How safe is it to shop online?

This website uses the same level of encryption security that international banks & government bodies use to protect their data. This means your transaction is 100% secure.

Can I see the product range in person?

Yes, Bricks Blocks, Pavers Online recommend you view all products before you purchase them. We are affiliated with 4 Retail Stores which have up to date displays of our product ranges. Please visit for your nearest display centre.

Can we pick our order up?

Bricks Blocks Pavers Online is an online shop only, it is not possible to pick up product from this online store.

Can I organize my own transport company to collect the product from the manufacturer?

Yes you can arrange for another transport company to collect the product for you. Please phone our office if you would like to organise this for your order. This can only be done with a registered transport company.

How will my order be delivered?

We have our own fleet of trucks and all-terrain forklifts which offer a fast, reliable and affordable service straight to your home or building site.

When will my delivery take place?

We will ensure your delivery is made on the date you specified when you place your order. If for any reason delivery can’t be made on this day, you will be notified as soon as possible.

How much should I order?

Remember that concrete & clay products can vary from batch to batch in colour and size. So it’s important to order the right amount first time around. We advise to always order a little more than you need. If you decide to do a little bit extra later on, you may have trouble getting the product when you need it and there may be cost involved as well. Sometimes a few weeks difference can make a product lighter, darker and even change the size slightly.

Will I get broken pieces with my order?

Breakages are a regular occurrence in the industry. We recommend that you order around 5% extra to cover any breakages/incorrect measurements. Industry standards allow for 4% breakages. These broken pieces are often chipped on the corners so these can be used for cuts, halves or sometimes small pieces needed in the corner to finish off a job. This will minimize wastage.

What happens to the pallets after delivery?

All pavers & retaining walls are delivered on wooden pallets. When you have finished with the pallet there is a number on the side in which you can call for collection. The manufacturer will collect these for you next time they are in your area. This can take up to two weeks.

I am trying to match a product I currently have, can you help me?

Please provide photos of your product from a couple of different perspectives and please provide the dimensions of the product. We will do our best to identify the product.

I have plans, can you calculate the number of bricks, blocks pavers required?

We are able to keep our prices low by keeping the running cost of the store down. We do not have the staff to provide a take off service. Please refer these enquiries to ABC Building Products.

Do i need to seal my pavers?

Yes, all manufacturers recommend to seal pavers once they have been laid & cleaned thoroughly.
